Original language description
The aim of the paper is to present some results form the monitoring of selected wetland´s localities along the Dyje river floodplain area. The research was done in 2005. There is presented the part focused on the assessment of the state of water ecosystems, phytoplankton and phytobenthos communities and the nutrient load, uptake and elimination at cutted meanders and old oxbows of the Dyje River.

Cílem příspěvku je prezentace výsledků monitoringu vybraných mokřadních lokalit v říční nivě řeky Dyje. Výzkum byl proveden v roce 2005. Jsou prezentovány výsledky sledování odběru živin mokřadními a vodními společenstvy, hodnocení stavu ekosystémů, společenstva fytoplanktonu a fytobentosu a účinnost zadržení živin mokřadními společenstvy.
