Eu(III) Complex with DO3A-amino-phosphonate Ligand as a Concentration-Independent pH-Responsive Contrast Agent for Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS)
Original language description
Unprecedented pH change of 31P NMR chemical shift between protonated (−118 ppm) and deprotonated (+70 ppm) forms of the Eu(III) complex with new DO3A-aminophosphonate ligand allows ratiometric determination of pH using magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging as documented by proof-of-principle experiments.
