Patients in intensive care early afterliver transplantation (LTx) experience substantial glycaemicexcursions due to their critical state and corticoid therapy. Thesecan be further complicated by their preexisting diabetes. Weanalyzed data from continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) inLTx recipients from an ongoing prospective trial (Clinical-Trials.gov NCT05585801), to assess the impact of CGM use onpostoperative glucose control.
