    Randomised, controlled trial of anti TNF drug etanercept vs. sulfasalazin in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and swelling of at least 1 peripheral joint. Study has shown that anti TNF therapy is more effective based on this study it is not necessaryto treated patients with SAS before initiation of anti TNF therapy.
