We constructed double recombinant vaccinia virus (rVV) carrying both subunits of IL-12 and SigE7LAMP. We found that co-expression of IL-12 reduces immunogenicity of rVV-SigE7LAMP vaccine and also negatively affects immune response after administration ofdendritic cells transfected with rVV.
