After comparison of all rVVs that have been constructed for this study (P13-E7, P13-SigE7LAMP, P13-E7GGG, P13-IL12, P13-SigE7LAMP-IL12, MVA-E7, MVA-SigE7LAMP and MVA-IL12) the best results were obtained with P13-SigE7LAMP. DCs showed positive effect in combination with rVVs but co-expression of IL-12 significantly reduced immunogenicity of rVVs.
