Immunotherapy with dendritic cells infected with recombinant vaccinia viruses expressing HPV16 E7LAMP gene.
Original language description
Imunization with DC transduced with recombinant vaccinia viruses (rVV) expressing E7 protein of HPV16 induced better protection against growth of TC-1 tumors than immunization with the same dose of rVV. The increase of immunogenicity was highly significant with attenuated virus MVA. Production of large amount of IL12 by rVV entirely abolished immunogenicity of transduced DCs.
