The effects of gene deletions in recombinant vaccinia virus (rVV) genome on anticancer immunity induced by rVV based vaccine.
Original language description
Recombinant vaccina viruses (rVV) with either B8R, A44L, C7L or C23L/B29R genes deleted, expressing modified HPV16 E7 protein were tested as model vaccines against HPV16 to elicit the role of these genes for immunogenicity of rVV. Our results showed thatproduct of B8R gene did not affect cell-mediated immunity but increased tumor growth protection.
Czech name
Vliv genových delecí v genomu rekombinantního viru vakcínie (rVV) na protinádorovou imunitu indukovanou rVV vakcínou.
