    Exogenous TGF- -1 reduced Smad 1-5 mRNA levels and also reduced TGF-- receptors mRNA levels in human leukemia cell line CTV-1 established from a patient with relapsed acute monoblastic leukemia and bought from the DSMZ-German Collection of Microorganismsand Cell Cultures. The heterozygous mutation in Smad4 gene described earlier was not found.

    Vliv TGF--, inhibitorů proteinkinas aktivovaných mitogeny a inhibitorů proteasomů na hladiny mRNA receptorů pro TGF--, Smad mRNA a mRNA pro cílový protein p21/CIP1/WAF1 u linie leukemických buněk CTV-1.

    Přidaný TGF--1 snižuje hladiny Smad 1-5 mRNA a rovněž hladiny receptorů pro TGF-- u lidských leukemických buněk línie CTV-1 ustavených z pacienta s relapsem akutní monoblastické leukémie a získaných z německé banky pro mikroorganismy a buněčné kultury. Dříve popsaná heterozygotní mutace v genu pro Smad4 však nebyla nalezena.
