The occurrence of rare HLA alelles in hematological patients indicated to bone marrow transplantation.
Original language description
We have detected 7 rare HLA-B alleles in the group of our patients. We have found and confirmed by DNA sequencing further 5 alleles very rare in caucasoid population. The application of the most accurate methods and the most recent HLA databases is essential to determine the exact match or mismatch in patient/donor pairs indicated to HSCT.

Výskyt raritních alel u hematologických pacientů indikovaných k transplantaci kostní dřeně.
Czech description
Bylo zjištěno 7 vzácných HLA-B alel u vzorku našich pacientů. Analýzou DNA jsme zjistili dalších 5 alel, jejichž výskyt je u bílé populace velmi vzácný. Zvolení vhodných metod a využití nejnovějších HLA databází je základem ke správné volbě dárce a jehopříjemce pro transplantaci hematopoetických kmenových buněk (HSCT).
