Original language name
Expression and translocation of major nucleolar proteins in relation to the transcriptional activity of the nucleolus.
Original language description
Changes in the expression and cellular localization of abundant nucleolar proteins: C23, UBF, B23 and fibrillarin were examined in human lymphocytes subjected to the control of nucleolar activity by phytohemagglutinin and actinomycin D. Association of nucleolar transformations with proapoptotic effect is discussed.
Czech name
Exprese a translokace hlavních nukleolárních proteinů v relaci k transkripční aktivitě nukleolu.
Czech description
V nukleolech lidských lymfocytů stimulovaných k proliferaci fytohemaglutininem a inhibovaných aktinomycinem D byly studovány změny v expresi a buněčné lokalizaci hojně zastoupených jadérkových proteinů C23, UBF, B23 a fibrilarinu. Je diskutováno možné spojení mezi nukleolárními transformacemi a vstupem buněk do apoptozy.
