Original language description

The translocation of AgNORs (silver stained nucleolar organizers) was detected in leukemic myeloblasts in patients with the chronic phase of CML who were both treated and untreated with the cytostatic therapy at the time of taking samples. The model experiments in vitro on K562 cells demonstrated that this translocation represents one of expressions of the premature aging of myeloblasts without further differentiation and maturation. At this occasion it should be mentioned that these cells originated from granulocytic precursors of a patient with Ph positive CML. Such translocation was also observed in aging cultured plasmablasts. The translocation of AgNORs (silver stained nucleolar organizers) was not reported before.

Intranukleolární translokace AgNORů v časných granulocytových prekurzorech u chronické myeloidní leukemie a v buňkách K 562.

Czech description

Byla popsána translokace AgNORů (proteinů stříbrem se barvících nukleolárních organizátorů) v leukemických myeloblastech u nemocných v chronické fázi CML, kteří byli jak léčeni, tak bez cytostatické léčby v době odběru kostní dřeně. Modelování in vitro na buňkách K562 pak ukázalo, že tato translokace je jednou z expresí předčasného stárnutí myeloblastů bez další terminální diferenciace a maturace. Při této příležitosti je nezbytné poznamenat, že tyto buňky jsou odvozeny z granulocytových progenitorů nemocné s Ph pozitivní CML. Mimo to translokace AgNORů byla také pozorována na stárnoucích kultivovaných plasmoblastech. Translokace AgNORů (stříbrem se barvících nukleolárních organizátorů) nebyla dosud popsána.
