    Isolation and characterization of mesenchymal stem cell population entrapped in bone marrow collection sets

  • Original language description

    Nuclear cells washed from the bone marrow collection sets were a source of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). Cultivated adherent cells were positive for essential MSC surface antigens and negative for haematopoietic cell markers. The cells were capable of differentiation along adipogenic, osteogenic and chondrogenic pathways.

    Izolace a charakterizace mezenchymálních kmenových buněk zachycených v odběrových setech kostní dřeně.

    Jaderné buňky vymyté z odběrových setů na kostní dřeň byly použity jako zdroj mezenchymálních kmenových buněk (MSC). Kultivované adherované buňky nesly základní povrchové antigeny MSC a nenesly znaky hemopoetických buněk. Buňky byly schopné diferenciacena adipogenní, osteogenní a chondrogenní linie.
