Estimation of molecular upper remission limit for monitoring minimal residual disease in peripheral blood of acute myeloid leukemia patients by WT1 expression
Original language description
Monitoring of WT1 expression by quantitative PCR in patients with AML has been shown as a suitable marker of minimal residual disease. The WT1 expression correlated with clinical outcome and as a border of molecular relapse was determined the upper remission limit of WT1 expression.
