Original language name
Synthesis of (19-2H3)-analogs of dehydroepiandrosterone and pregnanolone and their sulfates.
Original language description
Deuterated analogs of pregnenolone and pregnenolone sulfate with three atoms of deuterium in position 19 were prepared. The synthetic approach was developed on derivatives of dehydroepiandrosterone, where initial intermediates were well characterized, and then applied to the pregnenolone series.
Czech name
Syntéza (19-2H3)-analogů dehydroepiandrosteronu a pregnenolonu a jejich sulfátů.
Czech description
Originální metodikou byly syntetizovány deuterované analogy DHEA a pregnenolonu využitelné jako tracery v biochemických experimentech i jako standardy pro analýzu GC-MC.
