Recruitment for STOP-VT trial wa initiated in 6 centers includes patients with a prior history of MI and a primary or secondary indication for ICD therapy. Mapping is performed during VT or sinus rhythm with CARTO RMT (Biosense Webster) using the Niobe RMN system (Stereotaxis) and an irrigated RF ablation catheter (NaviStar RMT ThermoCool, Biosense Webster). The primary endpoint is elimination of VT recurrence and reduction of ICD therapy. We will also evaluate radiation exposure to the patient.
