    Three new sites with occurrence of kochia to chlorsulfuron, imazapyr and atrazine were discovered at the railway stations. Significant increase of valine plus leucine content in the aboveground parts of chlorsulfuron-resistant plants and their significant decrease in sensitive individuals were found aftre the treatment woth chlorsulfuron. At 25 C, there were no differences in germination rates between chlorsulfuron-resistant and sesitive biotypes. At 5 C, germination rates of sedd of chlorsulfuron-re sistant plants from sites Jihlava and BUbny were significantly higher than those from Karlin.
