    Utilisation of immunochemical methods to detect Phytophthora frgariae in strawberry plants.

  • Original language description

    Polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies were prepared to detect a quarantine pathogen of strawberry - Phytophthora fragariae. Antibodies were genus specific, except Pythium ultimum did not cross react with other pathogenic fungi of strawberry. Pathogen wasdetected in artificially infected strawberry cultivars by menas of PTA-ELISA, dot blot and immunoprinting in latent stage of the disease.
