    The effect of water stress on photosynthesis of spring barley

  • Original language description

    Shortage of water influence of physiological paprameters of moder cultivars of spring barley leaf was monitored. Photosynthesis intensity value, transpiration and conductivity of vents were higest at period 51 till 61 DC. Conductivity of vents was reduced impact water stress - lowering conductivity of vents caused significant speed reduction of photosynthesis.

    Byla sledován vliv nedostatku vody na fyziologické parametry listu moderních odrud jarního jecmene(Amulet, Krona) a historickými tzv. Norimberskými jecmeny. Hodnoty intenzity fotosyntézy, transpirace a vodivosti pruduchu byly nejvyšší v období 51 až 61 DC. Vodivost pruduchu byla snížena vlivem vodního stresu. Snížení vodivosti pruduchu melo za následek signifikantní snížení rychlosti fotosyntézy.
