Original language description

The relative concentration of PPV protein in leaves and the intensity of PPV symptoms in leaves of naturally growing myrobalans and blackthorns were evaluated. The lower PPV concentration was proved in leaves of myrobalan, the higher one in leaves of blackthorn. Blackthorns were found to be more susceptible to PPV.

Variabilita a citlivost vůči viru šarky slivoní u přirozených dřevitých hostitelů, myrobalánu a trnky.

Czech description

Byla vyhodnocena relativní koncentrace PPV proteinu a intenzita příznaků PPV v listech v přírodě rostoucích myrobalánů a trnek. Nižší koncentrace PPV byla prokázána v listech myrobalánu, vyšší v listech trnky. Trnky byly zjištěny jako více náchylné k PPV.
