    Trangenic plum Prunus domestica, clone C-5 was budded on virus free St. Julien rootstocks and inoculated by bud grafting with PPV-M, PPV-M + ACLSV, PPV-M + PDV, and PPV-M + ACLSV + PDV. PPV symptoms appeared in the second year after inoculation in transgenic plants inoculated with PPV-M, and in plants inoculated with all virus combinations. The presence of PPV was confirmed by ELISA and ISEM. Severe PPV symptoms appeared in leaves produced from non-transformed inoculum buds from plants infected with PPV-M and in combinations PPV-M + ACLSV, PPV-M + PDV, and PPV-M + ACLSV + PDV. No symptoms of ACLSV and PDV appeared in combinations with these viruses.

    Transgenní švestka Prunus dometica, klon C-5 byla očkována na viruprosté podnože St. Julien a inokulována očkováním PPV-M, PPV-M + ACLSV, PPV-M + PDV, a PPV-M + ACLSV + PDV. Příznaky PPV se objevily ve druhém roce po inokulaci na transgenních rostlináchinokulovaných PPV-M a na rostlinách inkubovaných všemi dalšími kombinacemi virů. Přítomnost PPV byla potvrzena pomocí ELISA a ISEM. Na listech rostoucích z netransformovaných inokulačních oček z rostlin infikovaných PPV-M a v kombinacích PPV-M + ACLSV, PPV-M + PDV, a PPV-M + ACLSV + PDV se objevily silné příznaky PPV. V kombinacích s těmito viry se neobjevily žádné příznaky ACLSV a PDV.
