Field experiment with water supply differentiated during anthesis and grain filling of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L., cv. Nela) were performed on loamy clay soil in Prague-Ruzyně, Czechia, in years 2004 and 2005. Using movable shelter (WS) and dripirrigation (IR) soil water content was manipulated to simulate dry and wet seasons; rain-fed control (RC) depended solely on precipitation. Nitrogen fertilization significantly increased the content of protein in both years (P lt;0,001), the positive effect of N on Zeleny sedi test and wet gluten was also significant (P lt;0,01), gluten index was not affected in 2004 (P=0,31). In 2005 wet gluten a g.index were practically zero in treatments without fertilization (the quality was too low in N0-grains todetermine a reasonable value) and thus also all combinations of water regimes in fertilized crop (N1) were significantly different from the ones in N0.

Vliv vodního režimu v obodobí kvetení a tvorby zrna na kvalitu zrna pšenice (Triticum aestivum L., cv. Nela) byl sledován v polním pokusu. Stres byl indukován zakrýváním v době silných srážek, optimální zásoba byla dosažena kapkovou závlahou.Hnojením dusíkem mělo významný vliv na většinu kvalitativních znaků zrna, zatímco vliv ostatních faktorů kolísal podle podmínek ročníku.
