Myrobalan latent ringspot virus (MLRSV) was purified from infected plants Chenopodium quinoa by differential centrifugation and saccherose gradient centrifugation. Antiserum to MLRSV was prepared by immunisation of rabbits. Immunoglobulins against MLRSVwere isolated and ELISA kit was prepared.

Czech description
Virus latentní kroužkovitosti myrobalánu byl purifikovan z infikovaných rostlin Chenopodium quinoa diferenciální centrifugací a centrifugací na sacharózovém gradientu. Antisérum k MLRSV bylo připraveno imunizací králíků. Imunoglobulíny proti MLRSV byly izolovány a připraven kit pro ELISA.
