Four winter wheat cultivars, differing in resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB), were for three years inoculated with 18 isolates of two Fusarium species (F.graminearum and F.culmorum) collected in the Czech Republic. The isolates were classified according to their aggressiveness in deoxynivalenol production and four other traits related to FHB, ability to discriminate between cultivars differing in FHB resistance and degree of conformity with average data from all isolates. The results indicated that inclusion of a number of Fusarium strains (optimum can be four strains), showing desirable properties, could increase precision of resistance tests and speed up detection of cultivar resistance.

Čtyři odrůdy pšenice ozimé lišící se v odolnosti k fuzarióze klasu byly ve 3 letých pokusech infikovány 18 izoláty Fusarium graminearum a Fusarium culmorum získanými ze sběrů v České republice. Izoláty byly hodnoceny obsahu DON (agresivita izolátu a podle dalších 4 znaků se vztahem k infekci. Byla hodnocena schopnost izolátů odlišit odrůdy podle rezistence a podle shody s průměrem všech izolátů. Výsledky ukazují, že zahrnutí více izolátů (optimum 4) může zvýšit přesnost testů rezistence a rychlost detekce odolnosti odrůd.
