Four winter wheat cultivars, differing in resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB), were under field conditions spray inoculated for three years with 18 isolates of two Fusarium species (F. graminearum and F. culmorum) obtained from different regions ofCzech Republic. Deoxynivalenol (DON) contamination, FHB severity (visual symptom scores ? VSS), Fusarium damaged grains (FDG) and reductions of thousand grain weight (TGW-R) and grain weight per spike (GWS-R) were measured to describe aggressiveness level of isolates. Highly significant correlations were found between these traits. Analyses of variance showed significant effects of year, cultivar, isolate and Fusarium species on all traits. Experimental year accounted for the highest proportion of the variation (37-59%), followed by cultivar (11-39%), isolate (9-18%) and species (1-3%). Hodnocení rezistence k fuzarioze klasu u odrůd pšenice po inokulaci různými izoláty rodu Fusarium

Čtyři odrůdy pšenice odlišující se v rezistence k fuzarióze klasu byly uměle infikovány ve tříletých polních pokusech. K inokulaci bylo použito 18 izolátů druhů F. graminearum a F. culmorum získaných z různých oblastí České republiky. Byla hodnocena agresivita izolátů pomocí následujících znaků: obsah deoxynivalenolu (DON), symptomatické hodnocení, % zrn poškozených fuzariózou klasu, redukce hmotnosti tisíce zrn a hmotnost zrna na klas. Byly zjištěny vysoce významné korelace mezi sledovanými znaky. Na základě analýzy variance byly zjištěny významný efekty ročníku, odrůdy, izolátu a druhu na všechny znaky.
