The effect of farming system and year on microfungi occurrence on wheat grain

Original language description

The aim of this study was to observe natural occurence of pathogenic fungi, above all fungi of the Fusarium genus, within the conventional and organic farming system. The samples of two varieties (Ebi and Merito) were cropped in Lukavec site in years 2008 and 2009. The study proved a slightly higher frequency of Fusarium occurence in organic farming system in both crop years.
