Grapevine Fleck Virus Isolates Split into Two Distinct Molecular Groups

Original language description

Thirty six isolates of Grapevine fleck virus (GFkV) were obtained from Czech Republic and Slovakia. To get an iformation of GFkV diversity, a genome region encoding the central part of the capsid protein gene was amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis showed that GFkV isolates divided into 2 groups.
