Distribution of grapevine viruses in vineyards of the Czech Republic

Commercial vineyards in the Czech Republic were surveyed for the presence of sixteen different viruses. Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 1 (GLRaV-1) is most spread with incidence 25%. The second most spread virus (15%) is Grapevine fleck virus (GFkV),third is Grapevine virus A (GVA) with 14% incidence. More eight viruses (GFLV, ArMV, GVB, GLRaV-2, GLRaV-3, GLRaV-5, TBRV and SLRSV) had a limited distribution, their incidence not exceeding 5%.

Czech description
Byl proveden průzkum výskytu virů v produkčních výsadbách révy vinné v České republice. Nejrozšířenějším virem je virus svinutky révy vinné 1 (Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 1 - GLRaV-1), přítomný u 25% testovaných rostlin. Druhým nejrozšířenějším je virus skvrnitosti révy vinné (Grapevine fleck virus - GFkV) s 15% výskytem, třetí je A virus révy vinné (Grapevine virus A - GVA) s 14%. Dalších osm virů se vyskytovalo ojediněle, do 5% testovaných rostlin (GFLV, ArMV, GVB, GLRaV-2, GLRaV-3, GLRaV-5, TBRV, SLRSV).
