Přítomnost genů rezistence ke rzi pšeničné Lr10, Lr26, Lr24, Lr34 a Lr37 byla pomocí molekulárních markerů zjišťována v 67 odrůdách ozimé pšenice registrovaných v České republice. Ve většině testovaných odrůd byla potvrzena přítomnost genu Lr37 (23 odrůd), následoval gen Lr10 (14 odrůd), Lr26 (5 odrůd) a Lr34 (4 odrůdy). Gen pro rezistenci Lr24 byl přítomen pouze v jedné odrůdě (Carroll). Popis analyzovaných genů je přiložen.
