Original language description
The work aim at development of affordable and effective method of duplicate identification in lettuce (Lactuca sativa) germplasm collections. It is concluded that neither SSR markers nor phenotypic data alone can distinguish non-duplicate accessions, but their combination increases resolution power of the method considerably.
