Viromes of fruit trees, vegetables, grapevines, and ornamentals were studied using highthroughput sequencing. Total RNA was isolated from plant leaves, ribosomal RNA was removed and libraries for Illumina technology were prepared. Sequencing was done in NovaSeq instrument for 2 x 150 nt. Data were processed using Geneious, pipeline included de novo assembly, contigs search by TBLASTX for plant viruses using a local database. Reads were then mapped back to contigs. A number of viruses were identified in analyzed samples: six viruses and two viroids in grapevines; two viruses in fruit trees; 11 viruses including four novel viruses in ornamentals.
