Original language description

Water is an important component in the life of all plants, helping them to carry out basic metabolic processes. However, phase transitions of water are the main damaging factor when plants are exposed to low temperatures. Therefore, dehydration of plant explants is one of the important stages in the cryopreservation of plant genetic resources. The purpose of this work was to study changes in water activity during dehydration of dormant raspberry buds. The obtained data on changes in water activity can be used in the development of a protocol for cryopreservation of raspberry buds.
