The study aims to establish a cryoprotocol without the use of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for in vitro grown raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.), which will serve for the safe preservation of raspberry genotypes in the national cryobank in Prague Ruzyne, Czech Republic and use as a cryo-knife for virus eradication in selected favourable genotypes.
