Original language description

The aim of this experiment was to obtain embryos for cryopreservation and transfer. Selected pubertal breeding gilts were used as embryo donors. During two years of collection, 526 embryos from 72 gilts were obtained and 373 of them were suitable for cryopreservation and transfer (5.2 embryos per gilt).

Czech description

Cílem tohoto pokusu bylo získat embrya pro kryokonzervaci a transfer. Jako dárci embryí byly použity vybrané pubertální plemenné prasničky. Během 2 let odběrů bylo od 72 prasniček získáno 526 embryí. 376 embryí bylo vhodné pro kryokonzervaci a transfer (5,2 embryí na jednu prasničku).
