A Complex of Hulless Barley Graint Milling Fractions with Milk Starters for Food Additives Development
Original language description
An analysis of variance of nutrient content in samples of grain milling fractions of selected barley varieties and lines confirmed and lines confirmed effects of a chosen procedure of grain processing on a total variability in all studied components. Milling fractions significantly differed in mean values of studied parameters, particularly between flour and bran. Bran fractions produced a main proportion in grain processing and exhibited up to double content of BG and a higher content of CP.
