The aim of the study was a monitoring of true gliadin intake at patients suffering from celiac disease. The monitoring started in the year 2005 and will continue in the year 2007 and 2008. The patients for the monitoring are both the adults and childrenand they were chosen by coeliac society. This short contribution shows the most interesting results received by monitoring of gliadin daily intake of the first eight patients.

Cílem práce bylo sledování denního příjmu gliadinu u pacientů s celiakií. Sledování začalo v roce 2005 a pokračuje v letech 2007 a 2008. Vybraní celiaci jsou dospělí i děti.Krátké sdělení ukazuje zajímavé výsledky u 8 prvních pacientů.
