    The PCR-based method for presence of recombinant gene in the appropriate site of the yeast genome was developed. The new system for amplification from P. pastoris based on DNA releasing from boiled cells was described. Taq polymerase, methods for DNA releasing and amplification components were tested and the most suitable conditions were established
