Iodine content in bulk tank milk samples from 84 farms covering 16 districts of the Czech Republic was determined by the Sandell-Kolthoff method. The content of molybdenum, selenium, zinc and manganese was assessed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Avarage iodine concentration was 380.0+-306.0 ug/L. Avarage content of Mo was 35.0+-6.6 ug/L, Se(13.6+-3.4 ug/L), Zn(4660+-590 ug/L), Mn (20.4+-19.2 ug/L).

V bazenových vzorcích mléka z 84 chovů 16ti okresů v České republice byl stanocvem obsah jodu, molybdenu, selenu, zinku a manganu. Jod byl stanoven metodou Sandell-Kolthoffa, ostatní prvky spektrometricky (ICP-MS). Průměrný obsah prvků v mléce byl následující: jod (380.0+-306.0 ug/L), Mo(35.0+-6.6 ug/L), Se(13.6+-3.4 ug/L),Zn (4660+-590 ug/L) a Mn (20.4+-19.2 ug/L).
