Original language description
Iodine content in bulk tank milk samples covering 16 districts of the Czech Republic was determined by the Sandell - Kolthoff method. The content of Mo, Se, Zn and Mn was assessed by inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry (CP-MS). Avarage iodineconcentration was 380.0+/-306.0 μg/l. The detected avarage iodine content is higher than the current European standard, indicates controlled supplementation and continuous monitoring. Avarage molybdenum content was 35,0+/-6,6, selenium 13,6+/-3,4, zink 4660+/-590 and manganese content 20,4+/-19,2 μg/l.

Obsah jodu v bazénových vzorcích mléka z 84 farem 16 okresů byl stanoven metodou Sandell-Kolthoffa, obsah Mo, Se, Zn, a Mn metodou ICP-MS. Průměrný obsah jodu byl 380,0+/-306,0 μg/l a dosahuje vyšších hodnot než je evropský standard. Průměrný obsahmolybdenu byl 35,0+/-6,6, selenu 13,6+/-3,4, obsah zinku 4660+/-590 μg/l a manganu 20,4+/-19,2 μg/l.
