Under free market forces agriculture tends to be allocated to intensive farming conditions. However environmental and social positive externalities of agriculture are not reflected. This problem is typical for Czech Republic with high share of protectedareas. This paper deals with comparison of farming in "normal" and "special" agricultural conditions with respect to economic and agroenvironmental optimal behavior of farmers. There was developed mathematical model FARMA-4 for simulation of these conditions on the average small family farm. Results show that FARMA-4 can be used for searching suitable form of agricultural policies for Czech farmers.
