  • Original language description

We thank Drs Harroud, Sawcer, Baranzini, Stridh, Huang and Kockum for their comments on our article and for this important scientific discussion. We recognise the importance of large cohorts to power discovery studies that may identify genetic variants of small-moderate effect size. However, we respectfully disagree with the authors view of the power calculations in our short report.
