Original language description
During the second half of the 19th century the production of companies S. Reich & Co. and J. Schreiber & Neffen became part of the industrial art museums´ collections. Both these companies were notable glass producers in the Austria-Hungary and that vitally influenced the glass industry development in Moravia. These companies are renowed as producers of glass lighting, hot and sheet glass, less famed is their luxury and decorative production that constituted their reputation and indicated their manufacturing skills and interests.
