One hundred and fifty species of fungus gnats (Diptera: Sciaroidea) are recorded from the Czech and Slovak republics, out of which 52 species are new for the fauna of the Czech Republic and 61 species are new for Slovakia. Six species are described as new from the Czech Republic and one species is described from Slovakia. Three species are for the first time recorded from the Palaearctic region. A new synonym is proposed: Synplasta bayardi (Matile, 1971) = Brevicornu turgidula Plassmann & Schacht, 1999syn. n. The first record of host fungus is given for 3 species of Mycetophilidae.

Czech description
Stopadesát druhů bedlobytek (Diptera: Sciaroidea) je zaznamenáno z ČR a SR, z toho 52 druhů je nových pro celou ČR a 61 druhů je nových pro Slovensko. Šest nových druhů je popsáno z České republiky a jeden druh ze Slovenska. Tři druhy jsou poprvé zaznamenány z Palearktické oblasti. Je navrženo jedno nové synonymum: Synplasta bayardi (Matile, 1971) = Brevicornu turgidula Plassmann & Schacht, 1999 syn. n. První záznam o hostitelské houbě je podán pro 3 druhy čeledi Mycetophilidae.
