Original language description

Species of the families Acartophthalmidae (3 species), Asteiidae (4 species), Aulacigastridae (1 species) and Clusiidae (5 species) have been inventoried on the basis of fieldwork in the Česká Lípa district in northern Bohemia, Czech Republic. All three European species of Acartophthalmidae have been recorded in this region, including the only known record of Acartophthalmus pusio Frey, 1947 from the Czech Republic. Two species, viz. Acartophthalmus pusio (Acartophthalmidae) and Clusiodes caledonicus (Collin, 1912) (Clusiidae), are considered rare and endangered (EN) species in the Czech Republic.
