Original language name
Determination of angiogenic factors in serum by protein array in patients with renal cell carcinoma
Original language description
For detection of angiogenic factors we used antibody array and we analyzed relative serum levels of these proteins. We investigate, whether the serum angiogenic factors (angiogenin, MCP-1, PDGF) in patients with clear cell RCC (renal cell carcinoma) indicate some significant differences dependence on stages of RCC.
Czech name
Stanovení angiogenních faktorů v séru metodou proteinové array u pacientů s renálním karcinomem
Czech description
Za použití proteinové array jsme analyzovali sérové hladiny angiogenních faktorů. Sledovali jsme, zda sérové hladiny angiogenu, MCP-1 a PDGF u pacientů s renálním karcinomem jeví závislost na stadiu tumoru.
