We show that different C-terminal spliced isoforms of the p73 protein differ in their DNA-binding capacity but this is not an accurate predictor of transcriptional activity. p73 isoforms act differently depending o the cellular backgound.

Czech description
Ukazujeme, že odlišné C-terminální izoformy proteinu p73 se vzájemně liší DNA-vazebnou kapacitou, což však není hlavním měřítkem jejich transkripční aktivity. Izoformy p73 působí různě v závislosti na buněčném pozadí.
