Original language description
The purpose of this study was to explore the possible association of immune defects in RCC patients with the limited response to cytokine treatment. The changes in the expression of IL-2R, IL-2 and TNF-alpha upon mitogen stimulation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro and serum levels of IL-2R, IL-2, Il-4, IL-6,TNF-alpha and C-reactive protein were determined using specific immunoassay kits.
