Infliximab dependency has already been described in children with Crohn´s disease and found to be associated with a decreased surgery rate. The aim of this study was to assess the frequency of infliximab dependency in adult cohort of Crohn´s disease patients, furthermore to evaluate its impact on surgery and to search for possible clinical and genetic predictors of infliximab dependency.
