Original language description
Infliximab, monoclonal antibody against tumor necrosis factor alpha, in an effective agent in the therapy of Crohn´s disease. Although therapy with infliximab is generally well tolerated, there is an obvious concern about the effect of this treatment onthe incidence of cancer. We report a case of mucinous anorectal adenocarcinoma observed in a 39-year-old patient with long-standing Crohn´s disease after therapy with two courses of infliximab.

Infliximab, monoklonální antilátka proti TNF alfa je efektivním lékem v léčbě rakoviny pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. I když léčba infliximabem je zpravidla dobře tolerovaná, toto je zřejmé znepokojení efektivnosti této léčby rakoviny. Podáváme zprávu opřípadu s rakovinnovým nádorem konečníku pozorovaný na 39letém pacientovi s dlouhodobou Crohnovou chorobou po léčbě infliximabem.
