    The invention describes the use of systems based on pentamethinium salts with an expanded quinoxaline unit, the unit being incorporated into a pentamethinium chain. The systems can be used in anticancer therapy. The systems are based on the use of a structural motif of pentamethinium salts prepared from corresponding malondialdehyde with a quinaxoline unit. / RIV19: Patent is exploited by its owner, there is not any sold licence yet.
